Amicable and very attentive staff as one would expect. It has incredible location close enough to the Uffizi gallery / river / bridge, Florence, and the main square and the cathedral. Florence Historic Centre district certainly deserves to be visited.

I loved the room with a kitchenette. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, including breads, cereals, pastries, eggs, and cheese. The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to requests.

Special hotel with an amazing restaurant in Florence. Attentive and particularly helpful staff on reception and elsewhere. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Beautiful and stunning location, a couple of blocks away from a l-shaped square. The pool area is lovely too. Everything good.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways! its location was beyond ideal, being very close to the historic center of Florence. It was so convenient to have all the attractions within just over 1 km from the hotel. Secondly, the staff were amazing, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even sorted out a room change for us when we requested it. Thirdly, the rooms were spacious and had a kitchenette, which was a great bonus. And lastly, the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to choose from.

All was perfect, nothing to improve.

Great location right in the heart of the city with easy access to tourist spots and good restaurants. Huge room with a unique and interesting design, including a walk-in closet and small kitchen. loved the convenience of having a kettle in the room, though it was a bit disappointing that there were no coffee sachets to use with it.

There were a few big issues that really impacted our experience. the hotel staff lied about the facilities - the parking is actually a few blocks away and operated by a third-party, and the gym doesn't open until mid-morning.
